The Content Creation & Ads Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality content and driving effective advertising campaigns. This position requires a blend of creative expertise and technical proficiency in social media content creation and ads management. The specialist will ideate, design, and execute content strategies, ranging from small social media posts to large-scale video productions, while also ensuring optimal performance of Facebook and Instagram ads to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to the ISP company’s brand and audience.
- Ideate, plan, and produce diverse content types, including social media posts, videos, photoshoots, and other multimedia formats.
- Act as an Art Director for video spots and photoshoots, ensuring content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Implement and maintain consistent visual styles, themes, and messaging across all content.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
Ads Management
- Design and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure effective allocation of budgets and achievement of KPIs.
- A/B test ads to determine the most effective creatives, messaging, and formats.
- Ensure all ad campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices.
Analytics and Performance Optimization
- Use analytics tools to evaluate the performance of content and ads, identifying areas for improvement.
- Leverage insights to refine strategies for better audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide regular performance reports to the marketing team and suggest actionable recommendations.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between content and broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors, videographers, and designers when necessary.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
Creative Trends and Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest content trends, tools, and techniques.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and ad strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Content Creation Expertise
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies for various platforms, including social media, websites, and video channels.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, video production, and photo editing.
- Experience in using design and editing tools such as Canva, Figma, Capcut and similar platforms.
- Experience acting as an Art Director for video and photo projects is highly desirable.
Ads Management Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in targeting techniques, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Strong understanding of ad policies, analytics, and budget management.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Creative and Visual Communication
- Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into impactful content.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Education and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and ads management, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects and successful ad campaigns.
